• Inclusive Leadership Fellows Program
  • The Inclusive Leadership Fellows Program supports students from diverse backgrounds while strengthening belonging and engagement within Paul College. The program prepares future business professionals and leaders to succeed in diverse workplaces locally and globally.
    
• Paul College Inclusive Community Fund
  • The Paul College Inclusive Community Fund supports initiatives and programs that foster a welcoming, supportive environment for all students. It helps strengthen community-building efforts, inclusive programming, and resources that enhance student belonging and engagement across Paul College.
    
• Women in Business
  • The Women in Business Conference and the Maxine B. Mazur '78 Women's Leadership Development at Paul College gift funds provide students with opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and networking focused on advancing women in the business field. The program supports leadership growth and career readiness through workshops, events like the WiB conference, and experiential learning opportunities.
